We're looking for a Senior IT Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, drives complex initiatives, and delivers results with impact. This isn't a maintenance role—it's a growth role where you'll lead mission-critical technology projects, work directly with leadership, and own delivery from start to finish.

What You'll Do

  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of strategic IT projects.
  • Collaborate with executives, IT teams, developers, and vendors.
  • Deliver scalable technology : cloud, SaaS, infrastructure, and security.
  • Visualize processes using Lucidchart and keep visibility on track with Monday.com.
  • Anticipate risks, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain timelines.
  • Provide clear reporting and metrics to leadership.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of IT project management in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Expertise with Monday.com, Lucidchart, Trello
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
  • Proven success delivering infrastructure, SaaS, and cloud projects.
  • Ability to simplify technical complexity for business stakeholders.
  • Bonus : Experience with Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, HubSpot CRM, Google Enterprise, Zoom Workspace, or SaaS platforms.
  • Preferred : PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications.
