Position Title : Project Manager

Location : Richmond, VA

Employment Type : Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of multiple projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing resources, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring project objectives are met in alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management from initiation through closure.
  • Develop detailed project plans including scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project updates, reports, and presentations to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing lessons learned.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of proven project management experience, preferably in facilities services, construction, IT, or janitorial
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
