Own product strategy and data-driven roadmap development and prioritization.

What you will be responsible for :

Manage and scale the digital technology product team

Manage the product lifecycle of his / her portfolio

Conduct sizing on new projects coming from the business along with developing the business case

Manage the project backlog, strategy, and resourcing

Product Manager of PAARTS Store and similar product(s)

Own overarching collateral and marketing material

Own the DT&A Application Review Process

Understand, research, and follow technical trends. Assess emerging products and companies to measure their potential value or threat to the company and its products, as well as make recommendations on which new technologies to invest in or leverage

Study the competitive landscape from a strategic business and go-to-market perspective

Assess and establish mitigation plans for both business and technical risks

Use Domo / analytics tools to analyze performance indicators, evaluate experiments, etc.

Drive the development of additional reporting capabilities to measure performance / value

Facilitate and participate in the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation

Actively collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budgets, and timing

Qualifications :

What you will need to be successful in this role :

Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or related field; master's degree preferred

8 years in Software Product Management, aviation / aerospace preferred

4 years leading / owning Product Management for one or more products

3 years managing teams

Proven track record of success, both personally and for products managed

Experience managing, integrating with, and modernizing ERP systems required (Oracle preferred)

Participation in major ERP migration(s) a plus

Organization and personal effectiveness

Comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and fluid prioritization

Ability to contribute ideas to overall expansion of AAR Digital products, services, and approach to the marketplace

Compensation :

The anticipated salary range for this position is $170,000 to $190,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location. [In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for a bonus.] AAR offers a competitive benefits package, including medical / dental / vision / life / and AD&D insurance, 401(k) savings plan with employer match, paid time off and holiday pay, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
