Overview

Baker Roofing Company – Commercial Roofing Operational Support Manager. The Commercial Roofing Operational Support Manager is responsible for inspiring their team toward a common goal and purpose. This includes coaching, mentoring, supporting, and empowering personnel. Duties and responsibilities include ensuring a World-Class safety culture, compliance with company policies, supporting branch operations, understanding human resources, involvement with departmental personnel, customer centric practices, and best practices associated with quality assurance and quality control.
