Performance Creative Strategist - Cleriva
Job Description : Cleriva is looking for a FULLY REMOTE Performance Creative Strategist to drive the ideation, scripting, and execution of our creative ads, with a strong focus on psychology-backed UGC content optimized for paid marketing channels. Ideally, you have 3+ years crafting engaging ads, specifically tailored for Meta Platforms. Bonus if you've got experience collaborating with influencers or UGC creators.

Your Key Tasks :
- Manage the entire creative process from ideation to delivery, ensuring consistently strong ad performance.
- Work with content managers to source high-quality UGC content.
- Improve advertising metrics through strategic creative optimization.
- Write compelling direct-response scripts for UGC creatives.
- Regularly analyze and improve Meta ad performance.
- Collaborate with marketing to innovate new creative ideas.
- Conduct thorough customer and competitor analysis for continual improvement.
- Provide insightful monthly and quarterly creative performance reports.
- Strategically plan next steps to further scale our Meta Ads.
