job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProviding engaging person-centered and directed exercise programming, which includes relationship-based, meaningful, and individualized exercise programs. This includes providing fitness and wellness choices, and encouraging members to maximize their body’s ability. This position receives supervision from the Director of BeneFitness. This position is an essential part of the interdisciplinary team and assists with enriching the daily lives of the members. High school diploma or GED certification. 3 (three) years of experience that could include : working as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, exercise coach. Current ACE, AFAA, ISSA, NASM, ACSM Certification. Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred). Must have proof of negative TB test (within the last 6 months) and Level 1 Fingerprint card. Must possess, or be able to obtain, current CPR, AED, First Aid, (Benevilla will assist with the costs to obtain). - Available shifts : On Call / As Needed between 8am-4pm Mon-Fri
