Senior Product Manager

The Role

As a Senior Product Manager at Smokeball, you will drive strategic direction, innovation, and execution for our SaaS solutions for law firms. You will be a key member of a cross-functional team delivering product solutions that significantly enhance client experience, accelerate product adoption, and drive measurable business results.

This is a hybrid role with our office being in Chicago, IL.

A Typical Day Involves

• Define, own, and execute the product roadmap aligned with Smokeball’s strategic vision and client needs.
• Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts, UX / UI, engineering, marketing, client success, and sales to create compelling, innovative features.
• Leverage user analytics, market research, and customer feedback to prioritize and optimize features and functionalities.
• Implement data-driven decision-making, continuously refining product strategies based on usage data, market trends, and competitive analysis.
• Facilitate product launches, including go-to-market plans, user training, adoption monitoring, and iteration based on client insights.
• Actively contribute to our product management culture through mentorship, best practice sharing, and cross-team collaboration.

The pay range for this role is :

$135,000 – $150,000 base salary
