Call : 24 / 7 call coverage

ICU Beds : 5

Acute / Swing / SNF : 20 beds

Average Daily Census : 6

Average Weekly Admissions : 14

Average Weekly Discharges : 13

Emergency Department Volume : 15,000 / year

Subspecialty Support : Telemedicine Neurology, Anesthesia, Nephrology, Cardiology, General Surgery, Gastroenterology

EMR : Cerner

ED Physician does procedures, leads codes, and responds to rapid response.

Acuity : Low to rehab type patients

Most common diagnosis : UTI HTN, CP

Details : SNF patients are seen on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays unless their status changes.

Hospitalist rounds on each patient daily if their status changes

Morning huddle is at 9 : 30am and the charge nurse will typically round with the MD on all patients

Ancillary Support : RT, Lab, US, CT, MRI

Experience + Qualifications

New Grads welcome if you re comfortable practicing autonomously

Active LA License or the ability to obtain
