Overview
The Gainey Agency, a Baltimore, Maryland–based firm, is seeking motivated, coachable Customer Service / Sales professionals to join a small, growth-focused team. This fully remote role combines client-facing sales activities with ongoing policy service and client support. The position includes structured training, licensing assistance, and clear pathways for professional development.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound client outreach to assess life insurance and related financial needs.
- Present product options, explain policy features, underwriting requirements, and premium structures clearly and accurately.
- Support clients through the application and underwriting process, coordinating required documentation and follow-up.
- Provide ongoing policy administration, including endorsements, beneficiary updates, policy reviews, and basic claims assistance.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve service issues in a timely, professional manner while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Adhere to compliance, licensing, and quality standards in all client communications and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to refine sales strategies, share best practices, and achieve performance targets.
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching sessions, and performance reviews to support continuous improvement.
Minimum qualifications
U.S. residency and legal authorization to work remotely from within the United States.At least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check.Strong verbal and written communication skills and a client-service orientation.Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment and adaptable to change.Proficiency with standard business technology, including phone systems, video conferencing, and CRM software, and ability to maintain accurate digital records.Preferred qualifications
