Required Qualifications

8+ years of progressive IT experience, with 3-5 years in a leadership role

Proven success in scaling IT systems in a growth-stage or multi-site environment

Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS) and cybersecurity best practices

Hands-on expertise with Salesforce, NetSuite, and Power BI
