Responsibilities
Hire, train and develop, and schedule hourly team members while ensuring they feel appreciated and comfortable in their rolesCommunicates with the General Manager regarding company objectivesPromotes and embraces the department strategy established by the Area DirectorEnsures that our Mission and Values are communicated, understood, and practiced with all team members under his / her directionPromotes a culture that inspires improvement; continually develops and mentors team members under his / her direction and is directly responsible for their successEnsure that our restaurants have a fun, playful, and engaging atmosphere by going above and beyond to meet individual needs and concerns of our staff and guests dailyRespond to immediate store needsEnsure every guest receives exceptional service and a memorable experienceQualifications
Two or more years in Restaurant Management experienceAbility to successfully enroll and complete required training or certifications by a reasonable amount of timeExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent analytical, decision making and problem-solving skillsAbility to effectively present information, changes, new objectives, and other topics to both large and small groupsStrong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office programsA valid driver's license and an ability to complete a successful driver insurability checkAbility to maintain a flexible schedule and can cover manager shifts on busy days and / or special eventsUnderstanding and ability execute all iServ policies and proceduresRegularly lift and / or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and / or move up to 35 pounds, and occasionally lift and / or move up to 75 pounds with a teamJob Expectations
