Banking customer service experience
Payment / account number experience
Experience in navigating multiple systems
A leading Agriculture Co-Operative Bank is looking to add a Customer Service Representative in Cash Management to their team in Greenwood Village, CO. This person will respond to internal and external customer calls / emails related to financial inquires and technical assistance requests.
1. Performs designated cash management activities in expected timeframes and according to documented policies and procedures.
2. Processes transactions for customers and provides general customer service for CoBank internal and external customers. Some duties include, but are not limited to, processing ACH requests through our Automated Cash Concentration application and account analysis.
3. Maintain a high level of accuracy and quality within tight deadlines and ensure a positive customer experience and service.
4. Back-end office payment processing knowledge, transaction analysis and understanding impacts of errors.
5. Utilizes case tracking system to track and follow up on customer inquiries.
6. Completes specialized customer-specific reporting.
7. Resolves problems in accordance with established expectations.
8. Serves as “Mission Critical Personnel” for business continuity and reduced staffing scenarios.
9. Supports two or more of the products and services provided by CoBank.
10. Performs other duties as assigned.

18. Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word and Excel).
