A well-established community bank is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. This strategic role partners directly with the President / CEO and Board of Trustees to shape the financial direction of the organization while overseeing key departments including Accounting, Human Resources, IT, and Lending.
