Job Title : Labor & Employment Associate Attorney
Location : Houston, TX (Hybrid 3 days in office)
Salary Range : ($120k to $150k) - bonus for exceeding the billable hour requirement of 1950 annually.

Key Responsibilities :
Handle all aspects of employment litigation, including drafting and responding to discovery, preparing pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions.Provide clients with proactive legal guidance on a wide array of employment law matters, including compliance, risk management, and workplace policies.Collaborate with attorneys across multiple offices to deliver seamless and consistent legal representation nationwide.Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and administrative hearings when necessary, maintaining high standards of client service and advocacy.Required Skills and Qualifications :
Admission to practice in Texas.1-5 years of experience in employment law, with a strong preference for management-side employment litigation experience.Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients, government agencies, and team members.Preferred Skills :
Previous experience in employment counseling or in-house legal advising on employment matters.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative, national team.Benefits :
