The Resident Assistant (Caregiver or Nursing Assistant) is responsible for providing personal care and delegated health-related services designed to maintain the resident's physical and emotional well-being. This position is responsible for following the service schedule for each resident and correctly documents services provided.

Schedule : Full-Time or Part-Time Overnight NOC Shift. 10 : 30p-6 : 45a.

Pay : The targeted pay range for this job is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour. Ecumen considers a variety of factors when determining new hire pay including experience, qualifications, and, when applicable, certifications, licenses, and education.

Essential Job Responsibilities :

• Assist residents with daily activities such as dressing, grooming, bathing, eating, toileting, mobility, and transfers.
• Provide morning and evening care, including oral hygiene and incontinence care.
• Support use of assistive devices (e.g., glasses, hearing aids).
• Administer medications as delegated by the RN.
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or cognitive condition.
• Encourage resident independence and support self-care.
• Collaborate with team members in a dynamic care environment.
• Help with light cleaning tasks and lead or assist with resident activities.
• Respond to safety concerns, call lights, and changes in duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
