4M Research is seeking a Principal Missile Defense Engineer with specific experience with "Benchmark M&S Software" in Huntsville, AL.

Successful candidates will :

• Use Benchmark M&S Software to design, analyze, and validate future architecture options
• Perform first-principles physics-based analysis to quantify the likelihood and severity of Missile Defense System (MDS) capability gaps and forecast performance of potential mitigations
• Develop analysis tools in MATLAB
• Execute batches of MATLAB-based M&S runs in a high performance computing (HPC) environment and analyze the results
• Assess potential benefits and regrets of proposed solutions to capability gaps
• Present findings clearly in briefings and white papers.
