Salary : $50.62 - $76.43 per hour / $102,000 - $154,000 annually, commensurate to experience and location

We are looking for a Commercial Physical Damage Unit Manager with heavy commercial experience who are highly motivated and detail oriented. As a Unit Manager in GEICO's commercial department, you will play a vital role in the company's success by leading a team of adjusters in the handling, negotiation, and settlement of Commercial Physical Damage claims. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully driving results, helping others, and building a positive work environment and culture within their team. This position primarily will include servicing heavy commercial, semi-trucks, cargo, and other specialty claims.
Experience and skills
Annual Salary $93,000.00 - $145,000.00
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate / annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
