Learn more at een.com. Job Description Eagle Eye Networks is hiring a Growth Marketing Associate to support the execution and optimization of demand generation campaigns and programs.
Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, this role will assist in managing day-to-day campaign execution, reporting, and measurement to ensure our programs are delivering the intended results.
The ideal candidate has more than 3 years of hands-on experience, whether in-house or at an agency, is self-driven and has a solution-oriented mindset.
This position is based in our Austin, TX office and requires being in the office 5 days per week. Responsibilities Include :
- Execute day-to-day digital marketing campaigns across email, paid media, and social channels.
- Collaborate with the Eagle Eye Networks marketing team to develop campaign assets and ensure campaigns are aligned with our brand efforts. Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly / monthly reports on key engagement metrics.
- Conduct basic research on audiences, competitors, and trends to inform campaign execution.
- Assist in managing lead flow between campaigns and HubSpot / CRM systems.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered error-free, on time, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Advise on shifts in program audiences, keyword mix, channels, tactics, and media partners based on performance. Desired Skills & Experience :
3+ years hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in the B2B space.Experience with global campaign setup, execution, tracking, and analysis using a variety of external and internal reporting tools.Outstanding communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, start-up environment.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, an analytical mind-set.Self-directed, proactive and able to define and execute projects independently.Working knowledge of a customer relationship management solution (CRM), Zoho, Google Suite, Excel, Hubspot, Monday.com or similar tools preferred.Experience in the Security sector a plus.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
