Finance / Administration Assistant - Paramus Public Library
Qualifications :
- Bookkeeping experience, especially accounts payable and payroll.
- Computer proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word a must. Quickbooks preferred.
- Detail-oriented, organized, dependable and accurate.
- College preferred.
Responsibilities Include :
Vouchering vendors, fulfilling regulations, follow up and analysis of problem accounts.Cash handling – collection to depositing and recording.Payroll preparation.Filing.Assist in administration as necessary.
