Our client, a leader in the construction industry, is seeking a Senior Estimator to contribute to the success of diverse projects, ranging from concept development to contract negotiation and ground-breaking stages. This opportunity offers the chance to work on impactful projects, including additions, renovations, historical preservation, and adaptive reuse, in a dynamic team environment based in San Antonio, Texas.

Responsibilities :

• Engage in marketing, business development, and sales efforts with clients, design teams, and contractors.
• Prepare detailed and meticulous work products for client and design team review.
• Organize and manage various aspects of each project, including system reviews and vendor coordination.
• Conduct risk management reviews of project requirements, contracts, and scopes of work.
• Estimate costs for diverse project types, including additions, renovations, historical preservation, and interior finish-outs.
• Analyze construction systems and evaluate constructibility reviews.
• Ensure sensitivity to occupied environments and their impact on construction costs.
• Provide cost and schedule forecasting, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Collaborate effectively within a team setting to achieve project success.
