We're seeking a detail-oriented Branch Administrator to support a small, casual corporate office in Halethorpe, MD. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering full-time hours (Mon–Fri, 8–5 with some flexibility) and an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle administrative tasks including onboarding / offboarding, timekeeping review, and general office support
- Assist with billing, collections, and project-related accounting reports
- Support leadership with vehicle coordination and documentation
- Prepare correspondence, manage office supplies, and maintain records
Requirements :
2+ years of administrative experience, ideally in construction, utilities, or electrical industriesExperience with billing in a utility / construction environment is requiredStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent communication, organization, and time management skillsWhat We Offer :
