  • Sign-On Bonus : $10000
  • Compensation : Highly competitive compensation and a track record of RVU potential. -$320K-$250K starting salary-Sign on is $25K-Relocation is $10K -Loan repayment is $100K over a 4 year period -Residency stipend of $2,500 / month for up to 1 year (negotiable not guaranteed)
  • Benefits : Medical, Dental, and vision benefits provided. -Critical illness, accident, and hospital indemnity insurance provided-HSA / FSA provided-Life and AD&D insurance provided -Ability to have pre-tax money loaded to a Commuter Card to pay for eligible-Transit benefits : Transit expenses, such as the purchase of CTA, Metra, or PACE tickets.-Access up to 50% of earned wages before the scheduled payday. On call provider delivers patients-Providers are credentialed with Duly Hospital -EPIC EMRQUALIFICATIONS : Open to new graduates and experienced providers. -Must be willing to provide full spectrum OBGYN services
