Required Qualifications : Applicants must specifically address how they meet these required qualifications to meet the requirements of the position. :

• Regulations related to safety, building code, university policy
• Best practices related to budgeting / purchasing / accounting
• Deep understanding of laboratory procedures, techniques, capabilities, equipment facility / software requirements (vacuum equipment, compressors / heat exchangers / refrigeration, compressed gas delivery, etc…)
• Skilled in equipment troubleshooting / repair / calibration / maintenance, computer hardware / software / networking, and facility support (computer / network hardware and operating systems, electronics, additive and subtractive fabrication, etc…)
• Ability to interpret complex technical materials / schematics / data

Laboratory Services Technician II is responsible for laboratory equipment maintenance, calibration,

troubleshooting, and repair.
