Position Overview

As a Field Supervisor , you’ll be the heartbeat of our commercial construction operations across the Charlotte metro area — ensuring crews stay productive, schedules stay tight, and safety stays uncompromised.

You’ll coordinate the day-to-day details that make or break a project : people, performance, and precision. With CCS behind you, you’ll have the backing of an award-winning staffing partner that values integrity, hustle, and leadership on every level.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the Field : Supervise and motivate crews, subcontractors, and foremen to achieve daily production goals and uphold safety and quality standards.
  • Drive Results : Maintain project schedules, coordinate materials and equipment, and keep workflow efficient from ground-up through closeout.
  • Ensure Safety & Compliance : Champion OSHA and company safety protocols — protecting your team and maintaining zero-incident performance.
  • Quality Assurance : Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and verify craftsmanship meets CCS and client expectations.
  • Communication & Coordination : Act as the on-site liaison between field teams, Project Managers, clients, and inspectors — keeping everyone aligned and informed.
  • Mentor & Develop : Train and coach crew members to grow their technical skills, safety awareness, and leadership potential.
  • Problem Solver : Anticipate challenges, address them head-on, and make decisions that keep the job moving forward.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of proven field supervision experience in commercial construction .
  • Deep understanding of site logistics, scheduling, and safety compliance.
  • Strong leadership presence — able to motivate diverse teams with respect and accountability.
  • Skilled at reading blueprints, coordinating trades, and maintaining productivity under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and decision-making abilities.
  • OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and jobsite management tools (Procore, PlanGrid, etc.).

    💰 Competitive Salary : $75,000 – $95,000 annually (based on experience)
