Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services to patients in various settings.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
Meet or exceed established performance targets and goals.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
Track and document patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
Utilize pipelines to identify and pursue new opportunities for patient care.
Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercises.
Stay updated with the latest occupational therapy practices and techniques.
Maintain high visibility of work activities and results.
Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
Adapt to changing environments and patient needs with flexibility.
Provide feedback and suggestions for improving therapy services.
Experience / Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational therapy settings.
Active state license to practice occupational therapy.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
Strong communication skills for patient and family education.
Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets.
Ability to adapt to changing environments and patient needs.
Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency in tracking and documenting patient progress.
Experience with using pipelines for identifying patient care opportunities.
