The Capital, Resolution & Recovery Analyst - Governance will support the development and implementation of strategies to ensure the organization's financial stability and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves assisting with governance and reporting for capital planning, resolution planning, and recovery planning processes, which seek to mitigate risks and enhance the organization's resilience.

Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Capital Planning, Resolution Planning, and Recovery Planning :

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of governance and reporting materials related to capital planning, resolution planning, and recovery planning in line with regulatory standards.

Identify and assess risks related to capital, resolution, and recovery planning.

In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan, with any such payment based upon company, line of business and / or individual performance.
