Field Performance Coordinator

A company is looking for a Sr. Field Performance Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned service partners or branches

Lead program-based projects and drive initiatives to increase revenue or decrease operational costs

Resolve field service escalations and manage partner relationships through training and support

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a technical area or significant related experience required

Minimum of 1 - 3 years relevant work experience, preferably in partner or project management

Residential solar experience preferred

Strong experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
