What's the Job
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across all systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, and Life Safety systems.
- Monitor equipment readings, make adjustments, and record data to maintain system efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, proper handling of hazardous materials, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Coordinate with outside contractors, monitor work quality, and manage inventory of tools and instruments.
