Key Responsibilities
Assist Account Executives with technical pre-sales calls and documentation
Build and document proofs of concepts for customer use cases
Collaborate with the Customer Success team for a smooth transition from pre to post-sale
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in technical roles with customer interaction
Experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably in a SaaS environment
Understanding of sales processes and strategies
Familiarity with NoSQL data structures and RESTful applications
Basic understanding of Computer Science Principles
