Key Responsibilities
Build, configure, and maintain outbound dialer campaigns in Five9
Monitor campaign performance and KPIs, flagging issues to the Telephony Manager
Handle technical troubleshooting related to call routing and agent-level issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience supporting CCaaS platforms, preferably Five9
Strong troubleshooting skills for telephony systems and contact center technology
Familiarity with outbound dialing logic and IVR functionality
Experience in a healthcare or compliance-driven contact center environment
