Job Summary

  • Prepare batter for chicken and seafood, fries, and any other fried products
  • Monitor holding times of chicken, seafood, fries, and any other fried products
  • Turn and pull product past holding time
  • Stock sandwich area, prepare and package sandwiches
  • Heat inserts of prepared products for the front line
  • Ability to cook and maintain stock of cooked products according to the drop charts
  • Follow all brand standards and food safety regulations
  • Monitor and correct the cleanliness of the cook station throughout your shift
  • Detail and clean the cooks station every night before you leave your shift, this includes cook station dishes

    • Requirements

  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Cook experience in deep frying chicken and other proteins
  • Knowledge of boil outs and filtering fryers every shift
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and availability on weekends and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Familiar with restaurant sanitation and safety regulations
  • Ability to work well in a stressful and fast-paced environment
  • Experience with addressing customer complaints
  • Problem-solving and conflict management abilities
  • A willingness to learn and to grow with the company
