Plasman is currently seeking a new member to join our OPERATIONS team as a :

PRODUCTION MANAGER

As a part of our dynamic team, you will collaborate with skilled professionals who share your enthusiasm for creating world-class products. At our company, diversity is celebrated, driving the strength and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily manufacturing operations ensuring that products meet quality standards and production goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies to foster a safe working environment.
  • Develop and implement production schedules in line with company objectives and customer expectations.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team to optimize their performance and professional growth.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on production priorities and goals.
  • Ensure personal and associate awareness of all quality and business-related operating systems (ISO / IATF).

Preferred Qualifications for a Manufacturing Innovator

  • Post secondary degree or diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. A combination of education, training and years' working experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a production management role within the manufacturing sector.
  • Proven track record in implementing process improvements and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of production management software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
