Your Role
The Marketing Strategy Manager will be responsible for ideating, scoping, and executing marketing strategies to grow O Positiv's customer lifetime value. This is a highly strategic and analytical role and features opportunities to creatively score long-term gains across multiple customer segments.
This role will own emerging marketing channels focused on existing customers, specifically how to drive continued demand and increase customer retention and satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities can include both internal and external stakeholder management for example, presenting new projects to leadership to win back past subscribers, managing vendor relationships, and partnering with creatives and data to shape marketing campaigns.
We are looking for someone who is hyper-analytical and data-obsessed, with a self-starter and ownership mindset. The ideal candidate will be able to manage marketing initiatives from end-to-end (conception to analysis to scaling recommendation), can collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders, and should ensure all projects are executed within deadlines. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and startup culture, and is excited to set and meet aggressive goals.
This role reports to the Head of Retention and will be highly cross-functional, collaborating across the acquisition, retention, digital, product, data, and creative teams at O Positiv.

Hours and Compensation
The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $120,000 - $150,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.
