This is a 396-bed hospital facility providing comprehensive medical services to the Fort Wayne community and surrounding areas. The facility is a Level 2 trauma center with modern equipment and strong multidisciplinary team support, offering advanced neurological surgery capabilities.

Job Details :
- Urgent need starting October 13th at 7am through October 15th at 7am
- Handle 10-20 patient encounters per shift
- Must have an active Indiana license, DEA and CSR
- Provide general neurosurgery services for adult patients
- Manage neurosurgical trauma cases
- Preferred skills include experience with cerebrovascular procedures, carotid / vertebral artery surgery, and aneurysm clipping
- Experience with tumor management and neuroendocrine surgery preferred
- Skills in stereotactic radiosurgery, functional neurosurgery, and seizure management preferred
- Experience with VP shunt placement and skull base surgery preferred
- Ability to perform spinal surgery with and without instrumentation (cervical, thoracic, lumbar) preferred
- Peripheral nerve surgery and pain procedure experience preferred
- Skills in endovascular procedures, ICP monitor placement, and external traction application preferred
- Ventilator management and central line placement capabilities preferred
- BLS certification required
- Estimated credentialing timeframe is 30-60 days
