Fork Lift Operator

Job Summary

The Forklift Operator is responsible for helping to maintain and keep the freezer clean; loading and unloading incoming and outbound loads. Track shipments via written and computerized documents. Also helps with organizing and maintaining existing inventory.

Schedule is M-F 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with Saturdays 6am-12pm. (every 3rd Saturday after training)

Essential Duties / Responsibilities

• Load outbound customers
• Unload inbound customers
• Keep freezer clean and organized
• Complete BOL's and movement forms via computerized documents
• All other duties as assigned by management.

Job functions will be carried out in a rendering facility which requires tolerance for wet and / or slippery floors, moderate noise levels, exposure to protein by-products and high heat and / or cold temperatures.
