Investment Accountant

System One is assisting a Tulsa Family Group with a search for an Investment Accountant. You will work with a small team of talented accountants who excel in their areas of expertise. Responsibilities : Perform accounting duties for the investment activities of the family group Take ownership of and manage the online investment software ensuring the information is being captured properly Reconcile investment balances to custodial and broker statements Monitor daily cash activity and investment transactions General accounting duties including reconciliations, journal entries and year-end tax package reports Work with accounting and tax teams to ensure proper recording of investment activity in the general ledger Prepare and analyze reports on investment performance, allocations and valuations Continuously look for ways and make suggestions to improve processes Requirements : Minimum of 10 years of accounting or finance experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Must be detail-oriented and highly analytical Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Proficient with Excel and computer systems Maintain confidentiality Positive attitude with a strong work ethic Salary : $75K - $85K System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
