Remote Oracle Cloud Project Manager

A company is looking for a Project Manager specializing in Oracle Cloud ERP & HCM.

Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end project delivery for Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM, managing multi-track plans and dependencies

Run weekly governance ceremonies and manage project reporting, including KPIs and status updates

Oversee data migration, integrations with trading partners, and ensure compliance with controls and training

Required Qualifications

8+ years of project management experience with 3+ Oracle Cloud implementations in Financials and HCM

Experience delivering integrations between ERP / HCM and legacy applications

Strong understanding of project mechanics including fit-gap analysis and change control

Familiarity with data conversion tools and reporting systems

Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and MS Project
