Site Reliability Engineering Manager

We're looking for an Multi Site Engineering Reliability Manager who can drive change, support teams, and make a real impact. If you've got the leadership skills to influence at every level, and the technical know-how to deliver smarter, more sustainable engineering, we'd like to talk.

What You'll Do

• Drive asset performance through a future-fit Asset Care strategy.
• Support sites in building multi-year engineering and environmental plans.
• Lead continuous improvement programmes that deliver real reliability and efficiency gains.
• Embed Condition Based Monitoring and CMMS solutions that actually get used.
• Boost environmental performance and ensure we're compliant everywhere it matters.
• Develop capability within the Engineering Leadership group and apprenticeship schemes.
• Lead shared inventory rationalisation and optimisation (yes, that means making spares smarter).
