Job Description

Our Dayton, NJ laboratory is seeking an Environmental Sample Courier based in Long Island, NY. This role involves the pickup and delivery of samples and sampling kits to and from SGS clients within the Long Island, NY area.

Job Functions

• Follow a predefined route to pick up samples from clients for delivery to SGS laboratories.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with SGS clients by providing courteous, efficient, and professional pick-up services and delivery of sampling supplies in a safe and timely manner.
• Complete log sheets and obtain customer signatures for chain of custody and billing purposes.
• Record the temperatures of samples upon receipt.
• Maintain the company vehicle in good condition and cleanliness.
• Ensure a safe driving record and complete SGS Defensive Driver training courses as required.
