job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAs a direct support professional, you will : Work directly with senior citizens in their own home, providing compassionate care and support. Provide hands-on support at the clients' home, including individualized supports in transferring, bathing and grooming. Maintain a safe work environment by following universal precautions and attention to infection control policies. Perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and ensure clients' comfort and well-being. Be an essential worker, available for holidays, and capable of working weekends. Other duties and special projects as assigned. Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds, stand for periods of time, bend, push, and provide physical intervention as necessary. Competitive hourly pay rate. Daily Pay $250.00 Sign on Bonus $250.00 Referral Bonus Wellness Time Mileage Reimbursement Overtime is available. Opportunities for career growth and professional development. - Demonstrate sensitivity to the patient's individual needs and preferences.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in patient's home.
- Promote harmony between family and caregivers.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, their families, and other caregivers.
