Vice President, Patient Solutions
Vice President, Patient Solutions is responsible for leading the strategic vision for our Patient Solutions operation. A key value in this role is being customer centric; working closely with management and providing the vision to continually innovate and improve the service strategy in alignment with the changing needs of the business and customers.
Responsibilities include :
- Oversees the customer and patient solutions department and generates value proposition for clients.
- Develops, maintains, and ensures production and quality standards, such as response and call handle times, are met and audit outcomes.
- Maintains appropriate staffing to ensure service levels are met across all product segments, smooth transition for new customers, and minimal impact to existing customers.
- Evaluates systems, policies, and procedures, and drives changes to accomplish the organization's and departments' objectives.
- Maintains strong internal control procedures in order to safeguard company assets.
- Assists in the solution of problems that affect the service, efficiency, and productivity of the team.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Supervisory responsibilities include :
Direct and indirect employees within the department(s).Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
