Verizon Account Managers need to :
Act as the dedicated point of contact for assigned Verizon clients, ensuring seamless communication and long-term satisfaction.
Manage and grow client accounts by maintaining strong relationships, identifying needs, and offering tailored solutions.
Conduct regular account reviews to ensure clients are maximizing value from Verizon’s products and services.
Proactively address client concerns, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience at every touchpoint.
Track account performance and provide reporting / insights to both clients and leadership.
Collaborate with fellow Verizon Account Managers and other internal teams to deliver customized solutions that align with client goals.
Stay informed on Verizon’s offerings, industry trends, and competitor activity to better advise clients.
Develop and execute account strategies to strengthen retention and expand business opportunities.
