Job Description

As our Designer, you’ll report to our Head of Growth and collaborate with the creative team (copywriters, videographers, media buyers, etc.) to produce high-performing marketing assets.

Responsibilities

Designing Facebook ads, landing pages, and funnel graphics to boost lead generation and conversions

Creating high-converting postcards and offline marketing materials

Designing assets for lead gen funnels, such as quizzes and downloadable resources

Developing visually engaging slides for webinars, workshops, and events

Analyzing marketing performance data to refine and improve visual designs

What You’ll Do

As part of our team, you will be responsible for key aspects of our operations and contribute to our continued success.

Required Skills

Adobe Creative Suite

Figma

Required Experience

3+ years of experience in marketing-focused design (ads, landing pages, direct mail, events).

A strong portfolio that showcases high-converting designs (especially ads).

Familiarity with the info-product or biz-opp industry is a plus.
