Architectural Design Staff contribute to the overall team and assigned program in coordinating, scheduling, evaluating and developing processes to improve production efficiencies through the effective management of projects and tasks. They will assist in architectural research, document / design development, and program-wide implementation efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate materials, building products, constructability and processes
• Produce detailed construction documents for projects
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Refrigeration and Structural disciplines
• Develop and assist in client and peer presentations
• Attend project and studio meetings
• Build, develop, and maintain client relations
• Assist in problem solving of production issues
• Responsibility for ensuring success of project
• Review architectural designs, production documents, and construction change directives
• Conduct site scopes, observation trips, and generate field reports
