CENTERS' management approach is customized for each client yet retains our uniform quality. Our firm unites site staff with a centralized administrative team, each contributing to the firm's goals and client needs. The CENTERS team is innovative, entrepreneurial, trail-blazing, and ambitious for both CENTERS and our clients. Today, CENTERS provides management services for 14 clients.

Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities :

  • Assist the Custodial Services Manager in preparing the facility to open Monday - Friday
  • Engage in the care, cleaning, and maintenance of the building by :

Cleaning building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming

  • Servicing, cleaning / sanitizing and restocking supplies in restrooms and locker rooms
  • Carrying out weekly / monthly cleaning tasks and special projects to assist the Custodial Services Manager
  • Following cleaning procedures / specifications outlined by OSHA for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment
  • Assisting with the inspection of facilities daily to identify any maintenance issues, damages, non-routine cleaning needs, or potential concerns / issues / problems
  • Other duties as required

    • Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements

  • Available to work 4 - 8am, Monday - Friday
  • Willingness to perform manual labor
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to operate computers for scheduling, email, and data entry / retrieval
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Reliable transportation
  • First Aid, CPR, AED certifications required (training can be provided)

    • Work Environment and Physical Demands

  • Ability to lift 20lbs or more on a regular basis
  • 4 hours of continuous standing and walking
