A company is looking for a Lead Career Instructor for a part-time position in Spring 2026.

Key Responsibilities

Complete 40 hours of training sessions to build proficiency with teaching tools and instructional strategies

Lead lectures and career workshops for the Careers in Tech course, supporting student learning objectives

Manage and mentor Teaching Assistants while holding regular virtual office hours for student engagement

Required Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering using Python

Prior experience leading career development sessions and delivering mock technical interviews

Part-time availability from January 2026 through June 2026, with commitment to the course schedule

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Demonstrated passion for teaching and prior experience leading classrooms
