Notion is an in person company, and currently requires its employees to come to the office for two Anchor Days (Mondays & Thursdays) and requests that employees spend the majority of their week in the office (including a third day).

About The Role

As an early Technical Architect on Notions Professional Services team, you will play a key role in designing and implementing technical solutions that drive successful customer engagements, particularly for large-scale enterprise deployments. Your work will help shape best practices for how we support complex customer needs and ensure Notions platform is ready for scale.

This is a highly cross-functional role, collaborating closely with customers as well as Notions Product, Engineering, CX (Support), and Sales teams to deliver impactful solutions.

What You’ll Achieve

• Contribute to the technical aspects of customer engagements, including understanding customer requirements, designing technical solutions, and supporting the implementation of these solutions.
• Work closely with client stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements and translate them into well-architected solutions that maximize the value of the Notion platform within their technical ecosystem.
• Participate in technical design sessions, helping to architect and document solutions that align with client objectives and identifying gaps between their current and desired end states.
• Support the technical delivery of customer development, integrations, and data migration aspects of a Notion implementation.
• Identify opportunities to enhance and expand the use of Notion within customer organizations.
• Collaborate with Notions Product, CX, and Engineering teams to address technical challenges and provide customer feedback.
• Assist in navigating the technical complexities of large-scale Notion deployments to ensure successful adoption.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the Professional Services team by sharing best practices and improving processes.

Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is $175,000 - $210,000 per year.
