• Provide AmazingCare to the population we serve\n
• Managing daily care for patient while adhering to clinical guidelines set by provider\n
• Daily logging of clinical notes within EMR System (Kantime)\n\nPay : \n\nLPN : $23-$27 / hr\n\nRN - $30-$38 / hr\n\nSchedule : T / W 1600-2000 and M / F 800-1200\n\nLocation : North Salt Lake\n\nPart-Time , Flexible Hours!\n\nDirect Home Care Nursing Available Now!\n\nRequirements\n
• Valid Practical or Registered Nursing License within State of Utah\n
• Active BLS certification\n
• 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred but not required\n
