Overview
ATM Technician role at Balance Innovations, a Brink's Division. The Vantage Technical Services division seeks to hire an ATM Technician to work in all aspects of ATM operations, including programming, assembly, repair, cash loading and installation. The candidate should be detail oriented, have excellent customer service skills, and experience in one or more areas of ATM service and / or cash operations. The role involves a fast-paced, dynamic environment and requires flexibility to adapt to changing conditions.
Responsibilities
- Make on-site visits to locations to repair or install ATM equipment
- Program ATMs unassisted or with assistance from Technical Support
- Repair and test ATM parts
- Install, repair or replace ATM signage in customer locations
- Document activities within the PAI system
- Perform preventative maintenance on ATMs as assigned
- Manage parts inventory on the assigned service vehicle
- Drive vehicles a minimum of 5 days per week, per service calls as dispatched / assigned
- Other field and service work as business needs present themselves within scope of practice

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)Working knowledge of PAIReports is a plusAbility to use a mobile device for reporting activity during the dayWorking Conditions
This work is performed on the road at different locations. The working environment can be noisy. The role requires constant movement around the job site and the ability to bend, reach overhead, and lift or move up to 250 lbs with assistance.
Supervisory / Management Duties
