Family Medicine Physician -Join a Mission-Driven Practice Focused on Community Health - South Carolina

Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Central, or Northeast, South Carolina . This is a 100% outpatient opportunity in a Patient-Centered Medical Home model, offering a strong work-life balance, generous benefits, and a chance to make a lasting impact in an underserved community. Multiple communities to call home and an easy drive to Columbia, Charlotte, and Myrtle Beach.

Position Highlights :

Schedule : Monday-Friday (five 8-hour shifts)

One day includes a 4-hour dedicated admin block

Setting : 100% outpatient - no hospital or ER responsibilities

Call : After-hours phone-only call, 1 : 4 rotation

Patient Load : 18-24 patients per day

Clinical / Admin Split : 90% Clinical / 10% Administrative

Team-Based Care Model - Collaborative, multidisciplinary environment - Behavioral Health, Pediatrics, Dentistry, Women's Health, Chiro, and Laboratory Services

40-year-old Organization with 13 Locations throughout South Carolina

Compensation & Benefits :

Base Salary : $200,000 - $235,000+ (commensurate with experience)

Sign-On Bonus and Relocation

Visa Support

Quarterly Quality Bonus

Annual Salary Increase : Up to 10%

Student Loan Repayment : Eligible for up to $100,000
